Past Work

Our past work has included the Digital Disruptions for Sustainability (D^2S Agenda) – created in collaboration with over 250 experts, and resulting in the Montreal Statement on Sustainability in the Digital Age, and the National Dialogue Series – exploring how digital innovations, Indigenous Science and Knowledge Systems, cross-sectoral partnerships, and public awareness can help Canada advance toward the Sustainable Development Goals. We have also conducted Collective Intelligence surveys and a Global Risks Perceptions Initiative to explore how different scientific communities think about risk. Past partnerships developed Data Driven Insight for Sustainable Agriculture (DISA) and a synthesis on Biodiversity Pathways for Sustainability in Canada – exploring biodiversity conservation and restoration, considering policy actions, Indigenous Knowledge and global responsibilities. Finally our Re-Imagining Climate Governance in the Digital Age project developed transformative, inclusive, and sustainable climate solutions through a strategic framework for philanthropy.
